Russell manages the vacation rental business with innovation, attention to detail and passion. From guest ranch operator to RV resort owner to Partner at a luxury golf resort, Russell’s expertise is broad-based and diverse. A long -time local, he is a lucky father of two girls and a grateful husband to Lisa. Russell enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling and cross-country skiing, but most of all he relishes time with his family.
A chronic entrepreneur and visionary, Chris has a wide range of experience from management consulting to founding dot-coms and private schools. As our fearless leader, Chris brings a next-generation streamlined approach to the process of serving our clients. Passionate about our community for the past 20 years, Chris lives in Breckenridge with his wife, Shannon, and kids Chase and Jack.
Candace is the Director of Sales for VisitBreck and loves being able to help people plan their mountain experiences in Breckenridge, as well as the friendly community within the Pinnacle family. She first moved to Breckenridge in 1997 and has been working in the vacation sales industry ever since. The small-town community and friendliness has kept Candace in Breck all these years. She loves how easy it is to have an outdoors lifestyle here, with cross-country skiing being her new favorite activity.
Rachel started at Pinnacle on the Guest Services side and after a year moved to VisitBreck Reservations where she has found her niche. She loves being able to share this beautiful mountain town with guests, and with nearly four years’ experience in the Breckenridge lodging industry, she is able to provide personalized recommendations for each vacationer. Rachel enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and learning to mountain bike, all while immersed in the small-town feel that Breck offers.
Jen is a VisitBreck Reservations Specialist with a knack for finding the perfect vacation property for each guest. She has lived in Breckenridge for 11 years, which has given her a wealth of knowledge on the town and resort. Jen loves the tight-knit community that Breckenridge has to offer, and is constantly in awe of the beauty that surrounds us in the mountains.
Kayla originally moved to Summit County in 2012 from Texas and has loved every minute of it. She came to Pinnacle with 10 years of guest service experience, including 4 years directly in the hospitality industry. Specializing in Owner Relations, Kayla strives to provide our owners with a high level of personal service and a quality ownership experience. When not at work, you can find her backpacking, skiing, spending time with friends and family, or just doing anything and everything to appreciate this beautiful town.
Dustin oversees the operations for Pinnacle Lodging and has worked for the company for nearly three years. He is always excited to help homeowners and guests enjoy spending time with friends and family in such a beautiful location. Dustin is happy to call Breck home because of the small-town atmosphere and the ability to get outside and be active when he’s not on the clock.
Stasia works seasonally in Guest Services for Pinnacle Lodging. She grew up on skis in Northern Utah, then came to Colorado for school and has been here since. Stasia spends her winters in the Colorado snow, getting in as many ski days as possible, and goes to Alaska for the summers to work as an outdoor guide. Other than skiing, she loves backpacking, rock climbing, trail running, and freelance writing in her spare time.
Rachelle has spent the past few years in the Guest Services department at the Front Desk of Pinnacle and has gained a great deal of knowledge through her experience here. She enjoys being able to share the experiences Breckenridge has to offer with visiting guests. Rachelle loves Breck for the year-round beauty, tight-knit community, and being able to walk downtown and see the joy on visitors’ faces as they explore this amazing location. While you may not find Rachelle on the ski slopes, she loves to snowshoe on the many backcountry trails around town.
Kate works at the Front Desk in the Guest Services department at Pinnacle Lodging, and considers Pinnacle more of a family than a company. She has spent several years working in guest services, and has two years’ experience with property management specifically. Kate loves Breckenridge for the inclusive and exciting local community. Like many people in town, she came for the winters but stays for the beautiful summers, a time when she loves to camp and hike with her dog, Bear.
As a true local raised in Summit County, Stephen brings over a decade of retail and vacation management to his position in Guest Services with Pinnacle. His passion for his hometown is evident as he welcomes guests at the Front Desk, ensuring that each vacationer receives the highest level of customer service. On his days off, you’ll likely find Stephen enjoying the Colorado sunshine on skis or a mountain bike with his wife, Mikel, and dog, Garmin.
Lisa is now a Breckenridge veteran after moving here in 1993. She started working for Pinnacle ten years later as our lead home inspector, ensuring that all our properties are being given professional and top quality care. Lisa loves spending time in the mountains with her husband Russ and two daughters, Alex and AnnaGrace. She is an avid CrossFit participant and enjoys cooking new dishes.
With a background in graphic design and web development and a creative impulse, Shannon oversees the development of email campaigns, websites, and search engine optimization. She truly enjoys working for Pinnacle and admits it’s fun working with her hubby. Shannon is the proud mother of two handsome boys, Chase and Jack, and can typically be found walking the new puppy, Lucy, when she’s not dreaming up new web stuff for Pinnacle Lodging.
Christine works on the marketing strategy and implementation for Pinnacle Mountain Homes, Pinnacle Lodging and VisitBreck. She has worked in tourism and real estate marketing since 2000. In her former life, Christine used to be a chef and has opened and managed restaurants. She has lived in Summit County since 1995, also lived in Paris, Virgin Islands, New England, and grew up Ireland. Christine has a 18yr old son and she enjoys hiking, road biking, swing and blues dancing, and skiing. She is a GoBreck marketing committee member, Dillon Economic Development Committee member and a Breckenridge Tourism Office board member.
Melany loves to utilize her creativity as the Marketing Coordinator for Pinnacle Lodging and VisitBreck. Along with a degree in Marketing and Communication, she brings over 10 years of experience in ski industry and travel marketing, specializing in social media. Melany loves Breckenridge for the freedom it allows in the outdoors. Having endless of miles of backcountry skiing right out your backdoor is pretty amazing!
>Matt specializes in advising new and prospective homeowners on all aspects of vacation retail management. He thrives while connecting with homeowners on how to manage assets and maximize rental income. Matt brings an extensive background in business operations, analytics, and hospitality to his position at Pinnacle, as well as experience living in various western mountain communities for the past eleven years. He finds Breckenridge to be particularly special for its combination of rich mining history, quaint downtown area, and easy access to a surplus of outdoor activities—he couldn’t imagine living anywhere other than the mountains.
Carl oversees Pinnacle’s entire technology infrastructure and implementation. He brings over 20 years of broad-ranged experience to the Pinnacle team from investment banking in New York City to commercial real estate in San Antonio, TX. Carl is a skilled problem solver and keeps the Pinnacle Lodging team up to date on the latest technology, all to help everyone work more efficiently. After spending time in Texas, Spain, and New York, Carl has now called Breckenridge home for 7 years. He loves getting onto the trails in Breck–in both winter and summer–with his wife and three majestic Bernese Mountain Dogs.
A 10 year local originally from Wisconsin, Asa joined Pinnacle in the early years and now manages all the finances for the company and also sits on the Summit County Parade of Homes Committee. Asa loves mountain biking, snowboarding, cooking, cars, and a good BBQ on a patio with a view. An adventurer that travels to exotic places, Asa married his wife, Heather, in Thailand and now has a baby boy, Pai.
What started as a mountain destination wedding in August 2013, led Natalie to begin her career at Pinnacle Lodging and live in Breckenridge full-time. Not able to resist the natural beauty and down-to-earth, conscientious people of Colorado, she has been here ever since. She manages the full cycle of owner billing, month end procedures, vendor billing, payroll, and other analyses and projects streamlining the business processes. Outside of work she hikes with her two dogs Aspen and Petey, playing in her coed softball league, traveling, and visiting friends and family.
Memo is a Maintenance Technician for the Pinnacle Lodging team and a die-hard local. He has been in the Breckenridge area since high school, and has been with Pinnacle for over a year. Memo brings a wide range of knowledge to the maintenance team along with his uncompromised work ethic. When he’s not taking care of one of our many vacation rentals, you’ll find Memo snowboarding in the Breck terrain park, hanging out with his wife, or teaching his daughters how to ski.
Joel is a Maintenance Technician for Pinnacle Lodging with a wide range of experience, from mechanical engineering to working as a farm hand. He loves the variety of activities that living and working in Breck have to offer. Originally from a small town in Illinois, Joel loves being able to camp, snowboard, hike, and explore the beautiful state of Colorado in his free time.
Eric is the Audio/Video Specialist for the Pinnacle Lodging Maintenance team. As a trained audio/video tech, he has experience working on nation-wide tours and amazing A/V installs, bringing a great deal of expertise to the Pinnacle team. Eric enjoys living and working in Breckenridge for the sake of being constantly surrounded by a beautiful environment, and for being able to do what he loves just about every day.
