Originally from upstate New York, Kim moved to Breckenridge after coming out to ski during the 2010-11 “snowmaggedan” and has not looked back. She has over five years in the Vacation Rental industry, with her newest position as Director of Operations at Pinnacle Lodging. She has extensive knowledge of the town after dabbling in lift operations, gardening and guest services. Kim now focuses her energy on making sure Pinnacle Lodging’s homes remain in the best shape they can for guests and homeowners! In her free time you can find Kim at her Breckenridge community garden plot, skiing, attempting to snowboard to appease her biased husband Eric, or joining her dog Bogey while he explores every inch of this beautiful town.
Andrew grew up in Southern California and first moved to Colorado in 2008 to attend college at the University of Colorado, Boulder. After graduating with a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, he moved to Summit County for a ski season in 2014. Fast forward 9 years and Andrew still loves to call the mountains home. In his free time, he loves to snowboard, fish, camp, and check out live music at the awesome local venues.
Originally from New Jersey, Holly and her fiancé moved to Summit County in 2021. After a long career in insurance, she is excited to be joining the Pinnacle Team. Outside of work she enjoys exercising, camping, cooking, and spending time with family.
Guest Services Specialist
Faith has a passion for being a helper. She earned her AA in Psychology in 2022 and is currently pursuing her BA in Human Services at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge. Faith loves to snowboard, hike, read, travel, make art, and to spend time with the people she loves.
Kenzie grew up in Texas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After 3 years of working in customer service, her love for nature and music brought her to Colorado. When Kenzie isn’t at work, you can find her enjoying live music, skiing, hiking, flow arts, and spending time in the forest.
A Colorado native, born and raised in Denver, Melinda moved to Summit County in 2018 and has loved every minute of it. With over 10 years of customer service experience and 6 years of community and property management, Melinda joins our team as a Front Desk Specialist. When she’s not at work, you can find her mountain biking, road biking, or snowshoeing.
Sarah grew up in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Communication. She brings 8 years of hospitality and Customer Service experience to the team. After working in Michigan and traveling in New Zealand she moved to Colorado in 2016. In her free time she enjoys skiing, camping, hiking and rock climbing.
Originally from New Mexico, Reid graduated with a degree in communications from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado before working as a journalist and then landing in the real estate and lodging industries. As the Manager of Client Happiness, he works with Pinnacle Lodging’s homeowners to ensure their property is performing its best. When Reid isn’t in the office, he’s exploring the backcountry of the southwest with his fiancé and German Shorthaired Pointer, either from the saddle of a mountain bike or the seat of a raft.
Ann is joining the Pinnacle Lodging Team as our Manager of Client Growth. She moved to Summit County from Fargo, North Dakota in 2017 after completing her master’s degree at NDSU. Ann has been working in the hospitality and related industries for seven years and loves building relationships. When not working, she can be found teaching Brazilian Jiujitsu, snowboarding, and hanging out with her two cats and husband.
Stephen originally moved to Breckenridge in the early ‘90’s when his parents decided to leave the city life behind in Houston, TX. Though he left for a few years, Breckenridge has remained the place he calls home. You can usually find Stephen behind the front desk at Pinnacle Lodging but if he’s not there, check one of the many mountain bike trails around town. He will likely have his wife, Mikel, and his dog, Garmin, by his side.

With our first snow flurries and the changing seasons, we are ramping up for another busy winter. Peak season bookings for Christmas 2015, February and Spring Break 2016 are gaining a lot of traction already.
Going forward, you will see Pinnacle Lodging as our property management company more strongly positioned for all administrative business functions, while VisitBreck will continue to be our marketing portal.
