Born and raised in Little Rock, AR., Nate has lived in summit since 2014. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding the high country with his fiancé Cass and dog Waylon.
A South Padre Island local, Junior moved to the Rockies to pursue his hospitality profession after earning his dual bachelors in business administration. A knack of trades with an entrepreneur mind, he’s grown hops in Maryland, been involved in hosting music events and managed hotels in Texas. Summit County has been home for 10 years now. When not in the mist of hard work you can catch him lakeside, at music events, riding, camping and adventuring onto off-road trails with good company.
Hailing from Pennsylvania, Jonathan worked commercial property management for five years before moving to Colorado in 2020. Jonathan followed a passion of snowboarding and mountain biking which dropped him off here in Breckenridge. As a Lead Maintenace Technician, Jonathan loves the problem solving challenges that arise on any given day. When he’s not working you can usually find him snowboarding, biking, and hiking.
Originally from upstate New York, Kim moved to Breckenridge after coming out to ski during the 2010-11 “snowmaggedan” and has not looked back. She has over five years in the Vacation Rental industry, with her newest position as Director of Operations at Pinnacle Lodging. She has extensive knowledge of the town after dabbling in lift operations, gardening and guest services. Kim now focuses her energy on making sure Pinnacle Lodging’s homes remain in the best shape they can for guests and homeowners! In her free time you can find Kim at her Breckenridge community garden plot, skiing, attempting to snowboard to appease her biased husband Eric, or joining her dog Bogey while he explores every inch of this beautiful town.
With our first snow flurries and the changing seasons, we are ramping up for another busy winter. Peak season bookings for Christmas 2015, February and Spring Break 2016 are gaining a lot of traction already.
Going forward, you will see Pinnacle Lodging as our property management company more strongly positioned for all administrative business functions, while VisitBreck will continue to be our marketing portal.
