We stayed here for Oktoberfest and everything was great! It has enough room for 8 people to stay there. The location to Main Street was perfect. The floors in the bathrooms were heated. Ample parking options available.
Pleasantly surprised by the recent remodeling. Thought I was in the wrong condo because the pictures had not been updated. Love the proximity to downtown. Lots of room for the family and great kitchen.
Check in was easy. 2 Car garage was nice. All new appliances so cooking and cleaning was easy. Plenty of room for the 5 people we had with room to spare. Living room area was great for playing games in the evening. Nice TV if you wanted to watch a movie. TV's in the bedrooms were great for checking news in the morning. Location was perfect for biking or running from the condo. Whether you are headed up the mountain or down the paved trails from Breckenridge to Frisco. 7 minute walk to the gondola if you are going up to Peak 8 fun park. 3 minute walk to Main street if you are going shopping or out to eat. Unit was clean and had washer and dryer if you needed. Only issue we had while there was management company sent a worker over to remove the deck furniture. The worker walked in the unit through the garage without knocking, when he could have removed the deck furniture without even entering the unit. Worker appeared startled that there were people in the unit even though he had to walk past our cars in the garage. We were told the furniture would be replaced, but it was not replaced during our stay so, we were no longer able to enjoy the beautiful weather from the deck. Did call the management company and they were very apologetic. Would definitely rent this unit again!!
The house was as pictured on the website. Very nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you need. 5 minute walk to downtown visitors center and 2 minute walk to swimming and hot tubs. The only complaint we had was the beds in the master suite and upstairs bedroom. There was only 1 mattress on each bed and they were very uncomfortable. It felt like shredded foam as you would sink almost to the floor. I slept on top of the comforter just to have a little support. Master bed was sagging. The best mattresses were on the bunk beds. If you have a person in your party who can't navigate steps, be advised there are 3 flights of stairs. Clean property. Would stay there again if the beds were upgraded.

My family and I vacationed here last September and we booked the townhouse again for August. This accommodation is known in the winter for its fabulous location within walking distance from the Four o’ Clock ski run within the Breckenridge Ski Resort, but we also love spending time here when there is no snow. The townhouse is perfectly situated off of busy roadways but still within walking distance to the charming village of Breckenridge. In just two blocks, you have access to the beautiful riverwalk along the Blue River which runs through town, and to the enchanting shops and restaurants along Main Street. The summer activities here are endless with miles of hiking trails, horseback riding, mountain biking, window shopping, or just relaxing while viewing the mountain peaks. The townhouse has plenty of room with three bedrooms, including a large master bedroom, kitchen, three bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room with fireplace, and is very kid-friendly. The living room is particularly inviting and relaxing. In addition, the townhouse has access to a good-sized swimming pool, two large hot tubs, and a nice playground - all situated in a lovely forested setting. We truly love staying at the townhouse and can’t wait for our next visit.
I have been skiing for many,many years, and this was probably one of the best places I have stayed. There were 3 teenagers & myself in the condo. We loved that it was multi level, plenty of space for everyone. The condo itself is very nice with tv's in the 2 upper bedrooms. There was direct tv with Netflix, which was a nice touch. Some condos only give you the basic stuff. The location was maybe 1 block from the ski lift. The rental shop is at the base of the lift & they will store skis,boots & poles overnight for free. Main Street was only a 5 min walk, plenty of great restaurants, we loved Empire Burger. The management company was so delightful to work with. This was my first time in Breckenridge so naturally I had several questions, they were helpful with all of them. Initially I was concerned that we wouldn't have a car but it's not needed at all because the location is great. My son went fly fishing and he took the free shuttle with no problem what so ever. When we head back to Breckinridge we will without a doubt stay here.
We'll be making our third trip to Breckenridge this year, and our third trip to 40 Winterpoint. If you want a "home away from home" that is surely more comfy than your own, 40 Winterpoint is the vacation rental for you. There are plenty of places to park and it's an end unit condo, which means brighter and quieter. Top of my list - the beds. Aaaah! You'll feel like you're in a five-star hotel -- whether it's the king bed in the master, the queen in the guest room and even the kiddies in the four bunk beds. Fluffy bedding, plenty of pillows and great quality mattresses. Even the oversized microfiber sectional in the living room is a great place for dozing in front of the fireplace and TV. And thank goodness for overhead lights in all the rooms, and especially over the couches. Bright and easy to read your vacation book. Every bedroom has a full-sized bath with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. And just like a hotel, they have travel-sized soap, body wash, etc. all ready for you. It's a two minute walk downhill to the heated pool and three hot tubs, and just a five minute walk to Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. No need for a designated driver so have that second glass of wine -- the condo is an easy walk. In the summer we wanted to rent bikes to ride the paved path to Frisco. The bike rental shop is just down the hill. Probably our favorite part of 40 Winterpoint is how close it is to the Snowflake Lift. It's about two blocks to a lift with NO LINE. At the end of the day, you take a scenic ski right down to the lift and walk the couple of blocks back to the condo. Need lift tickets? No problem. They sell tickets at the Snowflake lift. And no wait. This is the way to go rather than standing in line for 30 minutes at the base of Peak 9. So I hope you can see why we love vacationing here. Can't wait until Wednesday when my husband, daughter and I will be heading there for a few days of R&R.
I'll will start by saying that this place was great. Easy check in and check out process. The condo itself has a great layout. The bunk room would be perfect for the kids. The kitchen has almost everything you need to stay in and cook. Great location as a whole. It was a short walk to the Snowflake lift, but since you can leave your skis at the rental place right by the lift, you don't have to carry the skis and boots with you on the walk. Just a short walk from the condo is the hot tub and pool. A fantastic facility, but often over crowded. All and all this was a great condo for a fair price and was everything I thought it was going to be.
