Great condo! Perfect location for getting around town. Didn't need to drive at all as the free transport took you to the lifts and walking to town was a breeze. Everything as advertised, thanks for sharing your property!
the condo is beaituful!!! It's in such a great location! theres so many places to walk, hike or just injoy the views of Brekenridge with out having to get into a car! If you are lucky you may also Be able to see foxes, raccoons and other wildlife. We felt so welcome and cozy! We have been thier twice and we will return!!

Great location! Very neat & tidy-kitchen stocked with everything you need! We had some visitors every night 2 beautiful little fox! The bed was very cozy, comfortable &made; for a great nights rest after a full day out on the mountain! Very spacious & a great get-away! We will most certainly come back! This is a nice and comfortable condo that is within walking distance of downtown and nature trails!
The place is clean and in a nice location, right off the bus line and with enough parking. Pool/Hot Tubs adequately located.
We were extremely happy with the unit so all in all, nothing to complain about at all with that.The condo was clean and modern and perfect location and a great price during the off season.
My friend and I recently enjoyed our stay in the Sundowner Condominium. It was spacious and had a very nice kitchen. Most of the unit appeared to be recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. Access to the Breckenridge ski mountain and town was very convenient. I would stay here again. The value was very good. It was a non holiday week. But still a good unit for the price.
Walking distance to slopes and town. Quick & easy check-in, check-out. Nicely remodeled, clean and spacious unit. Not fancy but a good value and very functional & comfortable.
Very nice stay. Rooms beautifully and tastefully decorated. Comfy sofas/chairs. Really enjoyed having a real fireplace. Called for more firewood, and it came within the day. Did have to call because the bathroom door lock got stuck, but maintenance came immediately (within 10 min) and fixed it and no problems since. Really enjoyed the little welcome bag of freebies (sunscreen, shampoo, razor, granola bar, wipes). Got extra towels without a problem (did have to pick them up ourselves or there was a fee - that didn't matter to us). Steps & walkway were cleaned every morning by maintenance personnel so we would not trip. Condo was just a short walk to nice pool w/ 1 indoor and 2 outdoor hot tubs that were very nice & not overcrowded. Staff was very helpful and kind - let us use their printer to print boarding passes just before leaving, for free. Free DVD rentals at check-in building (we didn't use - but nice to know). Great proximity to downtown, short bus ride to Breck station or peaks 7 & 8, & could ski back to condo with just a short walk back to the condo door. We would most certainly stay here again!
W4 was cute and homey. Good sized and great value for the money. It was an easy walk to the slopes or Main Street. The pool and hot tub building was close and so relaxing. The kitchen was nice and spacious.
I was very happy with the condition of the rental we stayed in. It was within walking distance to lift access, which was important to us.
