This was our first time in Breckenridge (although we've traveled to Utah and Colorado many times for skiing) and we looked at many rental units online before settling on this one. We didn't have any real issues during our stay and we found both positive and negative points to remark on. It is a large unit and comfortably slept our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 20,1916). The loft was difficult to access (steep ladder) and it was hot up there, but it does add extra sleeping space. We did not use the pull out couches. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 (wood burning) fireplaces and there was plenty of hot water for all 5 of us to shower after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and the eat in/dining room was a nice feature. The photos of the unit shown online are a bit glamorized as the unit does need some painting and updating--dishwasher is very old, there was some chipping paint and missing molding, the mattress in the master was pretty uncomfortable...etc. It is a 3rd floor unit w/no elevator so upon arrival and after a long day of skiing, you have to haul yourself and gear up 3 flights of stairs. That did, however, give us a lot of privacy. The building signage is inadequate and we had a very hard time finding our unit after a long day of flying (I will say that my call to management after hours to seek help was answered quickly and helpfully). It is conveniently located right across the street from a shuttle stop and ski rental shop and a few blocks from one of the lifts. The unit was clean and we were provided with decent amount of start up supplies. Pluses and minuses but all in all about average. Response
My family of four loved the location and the space. We had a few small issues with the condo, but Pinnacle took care of it quickly without drama.
We had a group of 10 adults stay in this condo and it was just fantastic. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to town or a short drive to the resort. The only downside is that the pool was a very weird green color and one of the two outdoor hot tubs was incredible hot-- too hot for comfort. That was a bit of a let down in terms of that particular amenity. Pinnacle Lodging was fantastic on facilitating our stay, we couldn't be more thankful.
It was just like the pictures! So comfortable. I would rent it again for our family. Had to use to cooking at high altitudes again. Did need some sharper utensils, but overall it exceeded my expectations.
Good access to snowflake lift and rental shop at the end of Four O'Clock as well as easy walking to town for dinner or shopping. Third floor was quiet and views were not extensive but nice. Comfortable beds, furniture, and stocked kitchen.

Nice condo, though a little dated. Had enough room for everyone. Really liked the management company. They were very responsive when we needed an additional parking permit.
Place was great, plenty of room. 3 decks! 3rd floor, corner unit. We referred to it as the penthouse all weekend long, plus you have limited neighbors. Walk through kitchen was highly ideal, so no one got trapped in there during meal times. Plenty of sleeping space, do not get excited about the pull out sofabed, it's flimsy, a bar sticks out in the middle of your back and the end curves upright. The Reindeer on the wall added some serious conversations, as well as some "wintery ambiance." Cable was tricky to figure out and if you want to listen to music, you best be bringing a boombox because there is nothing. Oh except the atrac player in the master. No seriously it didn't project to the whole house, and who has any atrac tapes? But the thing was totally retro, cool as hell and not to mention the hipster points...9/10! We had a blast, plenty of cookware and dishes, and W/D, always a plus. Parking was a bitch, they only gave me one parking pass, so I had to go to the office and grab another. Seriously though, 8 people and only 2 cars....not likely. Other than that, place was dope. Hot tub and pool were excellent as well. The only other knock on the place was the loft. Yea the loft is fun and the stairs can provide some comedy if you've had a few (vacationing in a ski lodge, you'll probably have a few) but there is no door or closure. And it is right off the living room, so once you are up there you are still very much apart of what is going on in the kitchen/living room. 4 out of 5 stars, I'd stay there again.
Place was great for a 5 night stay at Breckenridge for 6 riders, staff was helpful throughout. Less than 10 minute walk uphill to the lift, and about 2 minute walk back from end of 4 O'clock trail. Pt has a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin and a set of bunks in the other bedroom, two full beds in the loft, and a pullout queen bed in the living room.
The condo was great! Very nice and cozy. You can ski right down the 4 O'clock run when you're ready to head in for the day which is very convenient. Overall great rental choice, very spacious and accommodating!!
we really liked the location of Sundowner II especially with four o'clock run right there. The condo was really nice and we all enjoyed it. It was a good time and we would definitely go again.

Great place to stay, the amenities were great. The master bedroom had master switches for practically the whole condo to turn off lights, etc including an old school stereo inside the headboard. The Loft was great, exactly what we needed. Spare bedroom had a bunk bed & a twin bed. Plenty of room, we had 6 individuals and 2 extra that stayed the 1st night that were visiting from Denver. All slept there fine. Kitchen was Huge & Living space.
The unit itself is laid out very nice. There was enough room for each of my friends to stay comfortably. The unit was stocked with anything you could think about needing. I'd stay here again.
This was a nice home and alot of sleeping spaces. We had a great time and we will be back.
