We liked the unit, very close to the town, gondola, and convenient, can't beat that. Spacious place. We liked the second level, since it had a lot of light. Perfect place for large group. Main floor was OK, bathroom was beat up though. Mattress needs replacement.
We really liked the unit, the location is hard to beat. It's a couple hundred yards to the gondola. And to Main St. Hot tub was great, too. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses ASAP, especially the two on the first floor. They aren't awful but they aren't comfortable either.
The unit was as advertised. The location is excellent a very short walk to the gondola and grocery store. Ski down at the end of the day to about a 200 yard walk home. The unit was clean and well furnished. The hot tub is a short distance from the room and there is an elevator. I would recommend this unit to groups looking for a great location. I would recommend a newer unit for a family vacation..The management company was excellent to work with throughout the entire process.
Unit is in a great location with easy walk to gondola, quicksilver and Main Street. Well set up, clean and exactly as described. It is an older unit but is not tired. The VISIT BRECK team were excellent and looked after us well prior to the trip and during. Fantastic short break and the snow was epic! Will be back and would rent this unit again.

Stayed at Ski Hill 22 March 2014 for 4 nights with my two college kids and a friend and the place worked out great, just as advertised. There was plenty of room and with the 3 full baths we all had plenty of privacy. There was a nice hot tub just a few steps from the elevator. It was about a 10min walk downhill to the town gondola and a 5 min walk from the end of 4 O'clock run at the end of the day and a block and a half to main street. So overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the location. The Visit Breck folks also made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I ski Breck.

Very convenient location, walk to main st or the shuttle to the mtn, even a trail that almost delivers you back to your condo at days end
We rented this condo for a guys trip last February. It was spacious, well equipped, and we had everything we needed. We cooked every night and had a great time in town as we only had to walk a couple blocks. The hot tub was nice after a bumpy day on the slopes and it was great to see condo owners being so friendly amongst us "renters". Oh, and the leasing office personnel were awesome! I recommend this condo!!
We stayed here for 4days/3nights and had 9 people in our party. This house adequately slept all of us perfectly fine. I would definitely stay at this property the next time I visit Breckenridge. I loved the convenience of the Gondola. In the mornings we would walk a block and 1/2 to the Gondola and at the end of the day we would just take the 4 O'clock run home and it would drop us off only a block from our condo. This place was also an easy walk to town. 2 thumbs up!
I had a few people stay with us and it was more than roomy enough for the all of us. The service was more than great. The location was conveniently close to the gondola for the slopes and an easy walk for all the in town life too.
We take a ski trip every year and Ski Hill was one of the best accommodations we have had. The location is great - bus stop and access to town, ski down to the corner. Loft for the kids and two big bedrooms for adults. Candace very helpful with booking and information plus rental discounts
I am a prfessional chef, we were traveling with 24 people in 3 condos and I cooked a couple meals for everyone in our condo. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, glasses and china, though we did bring disposables just in case. Our condo had just enough beds for everyone and was very comfortable. Breckenridge was wonderful, skiing was good, lift lines organized and moved quickly, epic pass and epic mix were very cool, and the mountain has been well improved since our last visit.

They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.
