This is the third time my family stayed at 302B in the past year. The kitchen is always well stocked with all the spices and gadget that we could possibly need. Very quiet and easy pleasant walk to the lifts. Don't miss Montgomery reservoir for fishing in the summer and Northside for the best pizza and happy hour in town!
Everything about this property was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked and my favorite part was the wonderful running stream outside the patio!!! We had a bit of trouble with the tub in the master suite not draining well, but I emailed my concern and they promptly responded that they would take care if it! We were checking out the next morning, so they didn't bother us with coming ASAP. The parking was great! It is a short walk downtown! Would highly recommend this property! We will check it out again if we are staying in Breckenridge!!!
This condo was perfect for me, my husband and two kids first trip to Colorado! Absolultely loved being on the blacony listening to the water/ creek behind the complex! Kitchen had everything we needed, fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots & pans and utensils and more! Beds were comfy. We come in June so a fan in the bedrooms would have been nice for cooling/air flow but we're from Texas & used to fans in every room! :-) Beautiful view of trees and mountain top from living room. Close to Main Street for dining and shopping. HIghly recommend!
Great location. Easy walk to shops and resturants. Overlooks a stream and nice hiking trail adjacent to property was ideal for our summer visit. My wife was very impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Very nicely decorated unit. Best place we’ve staying at this price range. Will seek out his property again for future visits.
I am not one to often review places but I do think this property should be highlighted. It is comfortable, very close to the lift and town, and a very good place to stay for the price. The outdoor Jacuzzi is a short walk away (not a big deal), there were tons of towels and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is that the pull out couch is a little uncomfortable. I would certainly rent this property again.
This was our 5th trip back to Breck, the first time to stay in the Powderhorn complex. We spent a bit of time researching the various apartments available within Powderhorn as they are individually owned and furnished. This unit in particular had a cosy, warm, family home appeal in the photos, which it lived up to in real life. I fully recommend this property. It's very close to the Village, restaurants and ski lifts, an easy 5 minute walk. This particular apartment is nicely furnished with all the things you need to feel at home. The added touch of board games, books, DVD's and CD's made this feel really cozy. A huge bonus was the humidifiers, which really helped for us coming from Hawaii and a warm humid climate to the dry altitude. We will definitely be back next year and will stay in this property.
This is our 2nd time staying at a Powderhorn unit in the past 2 years and this condo was the best! What we liked about staying at this Powderhorn unit: location, close to lift and town; very beautifully decorated; short walk to hot tubs and pool; unit contains everything you need (toaster, microwave, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, coffee maker, approriate pans and utensils, nice dishes, etc); wireless internet; an area to put all your ski gear as soon as you enter; underground parking, and a fireplace. I think i recall seeing a couple of sleds in the unit but we did not use them. I assume the sofa turns into a bed. We didnt have to use it as a sofa bed so i dont know for sure. It does not have a washer-dryer in the unit. I guess you have to use a community one in the garage. That prevented us from doing laundry. But who wants to do laundry on vacation anyway?! Working with VisitBreck team was excellent! Very good communication without being excessive. Very easy to work with regardless of which person you got. Overall, this was an OUTSTANDING stay and we would come again. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
We absolutely loved Breck and 302B powderhorn! It was great to be able to walk to the slopes and to town in the evenings. The condo is amazing...everything we could need or want was there and it was comfortable and cozy!
Great place and great stay. Very nicely furnished, updated condo. We were looking for something quiet, comfortable and affordable and this place fit the bill.
Thank you for the wonderful stay in Breck at the Powderhorn condo. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of four. My wife and I have spent many weekends and time all over Summit county but this was out first opportunity to bring our twin girls and it was perfect. We hit all our old haunts throughout Breck and Keystone and even fit in a hike into Mohawk Lakes. It was a magical trip for the whole family and we definitely thank you for the condo and the comfort level with knowing we had the perfect place to rest our heads. Thanks again and we will definitely be back to Breck in the very near future.
Powderhorn 302B was perfectly located. Loved being within walking distance to just about everything. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Loved sitting on the balcony, the view was incredible! Booking through VisitBreck was a breeze and everyone I dealt with was wonderful! Can't wait to return!
Great unit overall! We lived in Breck for a few years so its always nice to come back! The unit was clean and spacious. The view is breathtaking! The unit is awesome!
The best part of Powderhorn 302B was opening the patio door and being greeted by the sound of the Blue River rushing down below...relaxing! The expresso machine and crock pot were also much appreciated. This was a well appointed condo for our family of 4. Beautifully updated with granite in kitchen/bathrooms and with new appliances! There were more than enough dishes, pots/pans, and drinking glasses...even if we decided not to run the dishwasher every day. As for location, downtown shopping and hiking were right outside the door. There was quick access to highway 9 for a drive to Mount Quandry for hiking a 14'er and to Buena Vista for white water rafting. Covered parking is available using your condo key! It took us a bit to figure out where the pool/hot tub and laundry areas were located. This is a beautiful place in an amazing location at a perfect price! I would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity to visit Breckenridge, CO.
The photos are a true representation of the condo which is beautifully appointed and well outfitted with a beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms. There is an ample selection of Dvds, CD,s videos and games to occupy you when you are not out enjoying the many options in Breck. Nestled in the tall pines and overlooking the Blue River, the sound of rushing water calms you and makes you feel like you are deep in the forest, but really only a short walk from town. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they are a short walking distance.
Our visit to Breck over Spring Break was an awesome one. This condo was expertly decorated, superbly renovated and super comfortable for our family of 4! We love Powder Horn because of its proximity to the lifts as well as trails behind and easy walking access to town. Excellent place to stay!

This was a lovely condo, recently updated which was very be beautiful. We had a great time being close to downtown! The Blue River out the back balcony was an added bonus! We would love to stay again ;)
Powderhorn was a great location, beautiful views, clean condo, wonderfully stocked and beautiful accommodations!!! I have been to Breck several times, but stayed with family. We decided to rent this year and we were very pleased with our accommodations at the Powderhorn!!! I have told several people about it and plan to rent again!!
Unit was very nice - close to slopes and good indoor parking (but low ceiling). Nice view of river; not really a view of the mountain. Hot tub was accross the road. Not right there but not inconvenient at all. We would certainly stay there again.
My family had a wonderful time. The accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean, orderly and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. It was very close to the Peak 8 lift and made for easy access. The Powderhorn was very nicely located to downtown. All in all it was a very enjoyable vacation for our family.
The condo was comfortable, clean and a great place to vacation. We had a wonderful time! I'd love to come back!
The three of us stayed in a 2 BR unit at Powderhorn. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Quicksilver lift and Main St. Unit was completely furnished, not fancy, but comfortable and suitable for our needs. I would definitely stay there again.
Accommodations were great. People were very helpful. Weather and snow was great. Nobody broke anything!!!

LOCATION – Over the river and through the woods to ski Peak 9 we go! No really, just cross the footbridge behind Powderhorn, walk through the trees and you will be standing in front of the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. If you don’t want to walk or drive a car into town, you can always walk four minutes down the street to the free ride shuttle stop. Access to everything is simple from this fantastic location.
AMENITIES – Powderhorn 302B offers two bedrooms including a master king and a second bedroom with two twins. Other amenities include a gourmet kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, and an underground garage parking. Once you settle in by the gas fireplace, you will notice the awesome mountain views with the Blue River below.
