Great time again in Breckenridge

We completely enjoyed our stay in the Pine Creek Condo on the South end of Breckenridge. This Condo was very clean, and nicely furnished in a very attractive manner. It provided lots of space for the eleven family members who stayed there. The booking company was reluctant to say that it has a nice view, but we were thrilled to enjoy the mountain stream just outside the condo. Following the stream downhill was the quickest way to walk into town. Very nice! With four floors, there were a lot of stairs but the four floors also provided privacy when needed. We enjoyed our stay and would easily consider booking this unit again.

Location was perfect

Great location, ability to walk anywhere!! Townhouse was as described and spacious for four adults and two children. The gas grill did not work upon arrival, one call to management and we had a brand new one to use. Kudos to management and ownership!! We are already looking to book this unit again.

I have spent several vacations at this house. I have had my family of 11 and have also done guys trips with 5 to 6 and with friends from Denver sometimes nine were sleeping in the house. I consider it ski in and ski out as it is a 3 minute walk to the bottom of the hill or you can ski/shuffle there through the back. It is a great house with a large family area, huge kitchen table, and big enough kitchen that you can cook a decent meal. TV's i all the bedrooms, the showers are always hot with good water pressure and it is never dry in the house. The hot tub holds 5 comfortably. There is a ski rental place a block away, the restaurants are a 5 minute drive of they local cab service will pick you up usually within 10 minutes of your call.

Family Getaway

The magnificent 3 story townhouse with it's own separate apartment in the lower level afforded each of our family members the privacy to make sure that you're still talking at the end of the vacation. It's proximity to the lifts and downtown Breck was just a short walk away so you never had to take any transportation.

Bigger than my home in Ohio. Room for you and all your friends.

If you have a large family or a lot of friends this is the place for you. It is well furnished clear and comfortable with a large living room for the group to gather. If you can't fun here you can't have fun anywhere. I come back year after year with a group of buddies and it is the highlight of the winter.

Another great stay at Breck

I have stayed in this property five (5) times and it has always been fabulous. Clean, well kept, and very well located. The basement apartment is great if you have some who need a little more privacy. The whole unit is well laid out so our group has a lot of social time. The hot tub is great after a day on the slopes. Brech Break 2015

This was the fifth time staying at this property. it is well equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a great hot tub to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Tons of space for a family to spread out and is short walk to the slopes and Main Street Station. The property manager Dustin makes check-in/out a breeze, and is always helpful for any needs that you may have. I will definitely be returning next year.

Great location and size!

The place was good. Great size and layout for our family. Furniture was worn and kinda uncomfortable. Also would be nice to have had some staples in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Lots of space for lots of people

We enjoyed our stay....Great location and the sound of river was wonderful. Having our 6 grand kids it worked out great. The place was clean, very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working, might be time to make small upgrades.

Plenty of space for the family

Great stay in Breckenridge. The property is very large. Great for families. It was well equipped with everything you need. The recent updates are very nice and the new hot tub was a major plus after day on the mountain. The management company was easy to work.

Large comfortable property

Very comfortable large townhome. Convenient walk to town and ski slope. It s clean and well maintained. Perfect for large groups. I have been coming to this property for over 10 years with a group of ski buddies and never had a problem. It’s our go to home away from home.

Great location for a ski trip!

We spent a week skiing at Breck and loved the location. It was an easy walk to Main St. and Peak 9, even with ski gear. There was plenty of space in the townhouse, the den furniture was new and the kitchen had everything we needed. The closest thing to a complaint we had is that the beds could have been more comfortable but after a long day skiing and a soak in the new hot tub, you’ll get a good night’s sleep.
