Overall loved the unit...short walk to Main Street and free shuttle bus. Unit was very clean and comfortable, however the carpets are starting to show their age. Wish they provided additional bar soap, one small bar wasn't enough, kept moving it from the sink to the shower/bath.Response

WOW - what a find! Everything from the beginning to the end was better than expected. The location is PERFECT. After we arrived, we parked and walked everywhere! It is the ideal location for going to Main Street for a bite to eat, some shopping, or happy hour. As we stayed during mud season, we didn't go skiing, so we spent our time in beautiful downtown Breck! The condo is laid out beautifully and has more than we needed. Some helpful items for those staying longer than we were able to - a washer/dryer in the unit and a very well stocked kitchen! The layout is perfect and beautiful. We even found a few fun board games for our kids and a deck of cards for us! And I can't fail to mention... the HEATED tile floors! Absolute HEAVEN on those chilly nights and mornings!!! The owners clearly take pride in their property - and it SHOWS! We booked our stay through VisitBreck. This was the first time we used this group. From the beginning, Katie was UNBELIEVABLY helpful! She found us the perfect property for our family. Check-in after hours was flawless, as was check-out. During our stay, we received an email asking if all was as expected and if we needed help finding restaurants, activities, etc. What a pleasant surprise! Will we stay in this condo again? We hope so! Will we use VisitBreck again. ABSOLUTELY!!! This was a nice 2 bedroom unit that is within a block of Main St. in Breckenridge. Excellent location. Overall a great experience for my wife and I and our 3 grown children. A good rate for the unit. Would definitely stay again.
From the minute we arrived and were greeted by the front desk manager it was a great experience. The condo is really nice, modern, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the temperature controls are great. Each section of the condo has it's own controls so you can set them as you wish. The location is great, just a few feet from the blue river, main street and the 4 o'clock ski run (for mountain climbing).
We had a blast staying here. It is only a ten or so minute walk from the breck base lodge and is within walking distance to all that breck has to offer. In terms of amenities, the two hot tubs are great and generally not too busy. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed yet homey. The TV is also great and there is a great stereo system so you can watch movies cinematically. The customer service was hassle free, attentive, and accommodating. If I go back to breck I'll definitely try staying here again!
Condo was very nice. It is furnished and equipped well. Having the humidifiers for the dry air was a nice perk. Overall, the condo was very nice.

This condo is very nice! There are heated tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated so they have the latest appliances, and have a clean feeling. The living room is large with two couches (one of which is a pull-out). We were easily able to sleep 6 adults here and had a great time! This condo is one block away from Main Street and there is a shuttle outside of the condo to take you to the ski lifts. Great location! I would definitely stay here again.
We spent from July 17th till aug 29th in this condo and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and if you choose you don't ever have to use your car. The condo is extremely confortable with all of the amenities that one would require in a "home away from home." Our son and his fiance spent a week with us and we were quite impressed with the amount of space that we all had. The greatest recommendation that we can provide is the fact that we will be back next summer to do it all again.
Great condo. Great location. Great price. Easy walk everywhere...and if you don't want to, the courtesy shuttle is fast and friendly.

The condo in ParkPlace was really great, nice location, very good service, we had a problem with our shower and dvd and the owner and visitbreck.com help us really quickly. Everything was great, we had a full kitchen with all we needed. Thank you!! Nothing negative to say!
The condo was nicely updated-kitchen and baths. Nice location, one block from main street and the gondola...we walked everywhere. Garbage disposal didn't work but no doubt in my mind it will the next time we stay at this location!
We stayed at the Park Place condo's from June 30 to July 3rd, and found it to be a great experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location. The person that checked us in was very helpful, and check out was a smooth process. The value for the 2 bedroom condo was a great bargain for a summertime vacation. It was within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
This was a very nicely appointed condo with lots of room and in excellent condition. It is located close to downtown and within walking distance of everything. We walked through an open house in one of the other units in the building and this one was gorgeous in comparison. I would definitely recommend Park Place 102B.

Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.
AMENITIES – The family room has new furniture, a large flat screen TV, DVD player + DVD library, sound system, sleeper sofa and a gorgeous gas log fireplace. This condo has a beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances accompanied by a dining room with seating for eleven.
