Close to town and base of peak 9! Loved having 3 separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Private hot tub was fantastic! Worked well for 3 couples to stay.
Well appointed, convenient location.
The location of this condo is so convenient! It was very easy to walk everywhere. The management company was very fast at answering my questions and solving problems. It was a great stay!
We stayed for 5 nights with a total of 6 people 4 of which were teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us. Walk to the closet lift only took about 3 min. Walk to main st also took about 3 min. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Hot tub was working great and used often. I would rent the property again.
Four adults and three children had plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving trip and the condo was stocked with all the basic necessities. The location is within walking distance to Peak 9, Main Street, and right across from a bus stop if needed. Property management was extremely courteous and professional. I recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again.
Great time w great friends, cool place
This was an ideal home for a family looking to be close to the restaurants and shops of Breckenridge as well as area hiking and other sites of Summit County. Home was very nice and had plenty of space for 6 of us to spread out and not feel crowded.
For 30 years we have stayed 2 doors down at Park Place. Our growing family was looking for a larger unit so this 3 bedroom worked out perfectly. The location is what we love. We are used to walking everywhere we go and being 1 block off main street allows you to avoid all the hassle of parking in Breckenridge. There was the extra convenience for us of having a garage. We haul bikes up for our family and we used them a lot more this year not having to carry them down flights of stairs. We are also a hot tub family and used the private hottub everyday. There are always things that aren't perfect with any unit but out family had nothing really to complain about. If you are a cooking family some of the supplies are limited and the only thing you won't have to buy for a meal is salt and pepper because I left some there:) The price for us couldn't be beat and we would love to stay at this same unit next summer. Property was Beautiful, well maintained, and clean. Condo was just how it was described and clean. Property staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was great being close to Main Street. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this property to others!
Condo and property and location was absolutely perfect. We were a very short waslk to groceries, lifts, downtown, shopping,resturants, bars and everything else available in Breck. The private hot tub easily fit all six adults there. The funishings and appliances and accessories were outstanding. We used the grill and were very happy with that as well. We watched several movies on the big screen TV and all fit comfortably in the large living area.
