We have been coming to Breck for the last five years and this was definitely are favorite condo. It is as easy to check in and get our keys. The condo is right off of Main Street and walking distance to Gondola and all the restaurants in town. Parking was adjacent to our place. The condo was recently remodeled and very modern. They have great amenities with heated floors, high speed wifi, multiple televisions, and cable. Customer service was quick when we needed our fuse box reset. There is a hot tub for the end of the day relaxing. Beds were comfy. Washer and dryer unit make it easy to do laundry. We would definitely stay here again!
The only suggestions included alloweing for more parking spaces. The place comfortably sleeps 8 people, but only one parking permit isprovided. Additional cars have to drive ~2 miles to the overflow parking lot or risk getting a ticket. Also, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work for appliances (curling iron, blow dryer, etc.). Outlets outside of hte batrhoom worked without issue, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting ready without any functional outlets in the bathrooms. Lastly, the couch is counted as a sleeping area to comfortably sleep 8 people. HOwever, a heavy ?marble coffee table is in front of the couch which makes it difficult using the couch as a bed. Outside of these minor issues, the place was great! It's all about location, location, location!! It's right off Main St which makes it easy to walk anywhere! The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It was well-stocked with bath towels, silverware/ cups/ plates, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo/ conditioner/ soap. There were even blow dryers provided. Also the hot tub was a fabulous way to unwind after a long day exploring Breck.
Clearly the property was reently updates- felt new and clean all throughout. Lots of space for our family of 4. I was nervous having 2 young kids sleep 2 floors away from the parents but it worked out fine. The kids were excited to sleep in bunk beds but they ended up just sleeping on the bottom mattress together (a queen- plenty big-) but the upper bunk mattress was so thick there wasn't much room to prevent them from rolling off so we didn't let them sleep up there. We walked 2 minutes to the gondola from this house and were so excited that we could walk to Main Street so easily. We cooked a lot of meals at home because it was so nice there and convenient to come home between activities. Total winner!!
My family of 5 loved the layout and location of the house. Upstairs master and lower level bunk room gave us all the space we needed during our trip. Main floor was spacious enough to gather in. The décor was fresh and modern. I could have moved in and not changed a thing. The location is perfect being a few steps off of Main Street and across from the gondola. Daylight Donuts being right across the street was a hit with my family!
We stayed here in early April. Family of 5 with kids age 11,9,7. The house is very new inside, very nice. Hot Tub is great. Sleeps 5 or 6 easily. The walk to the Gondola daily was quick and easy even for my kids. Access to Main St. is perfect. Walked every night to dinner and enjoyed the town with essentially no driving. Great place and we will return
I shared this house with another couple. We each had a comfortable bedroom with our own bathrooms (one upstairs, one in the baseent that had a big window well). Everything was new and fresh and clean. The kitchen was completely furnished, the towels were fluffy and plentiful and the location couldn't have been better. Walk across the street to the gondola. the house is set behind another house on Main so wer didn't hear any street noise. Great resturants such as Canteen, Xtremem Pizza, and Giampietro's are blocks away. I would stay here again.
We are so thrilled to have a brand new mountain home in the heart of Breckenridge. We fell in love with the town and mountain almost as soon as we first visited and now feel part of the community with our own home that we would love to share with you. We have taken pride in furnishing it to a very high standard and decorating it as if we lived there full time. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the gondola and the same to the heart of downtown and yet its tucked away location offers complete privacy. We have added luxury and hi-tech, from a kitchen equipped to a high standard to quality bedding, high speed Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system throughout and a great hot tub. Whether you come for the amazing winters or the summertime biking and hiking, we welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Alan and Fleur.
