This is our second time at this condo and we stay here primarily b/c of the location and closeness to the Snowflake lift. I wanted to give this five stars but this condo has definitely gone down in terms of keep up. I do want to share (and I shared this with the office when I checked out) that there are MANY things that need to be fixed/upgraded. The front door lock into the condo was badly broken and if we didn't have the door dead bolted it would not stay closed. The extra security lock was also broken. We were not happy about that. Additionally, there was a knob in the bathroom broken so the only thing that stuck out was the screw - major safety hazard. The other major hassle was the snow plow service. We live in MN so understand that snow plows "typically" don't come out until the snow has really ceased. However this snow plow company was so bad (everyone else was plowed out during the snow) that when I ran out to get a Rx, I couldn't get my car back into the parking lot and therefore had to park off site, pay $10 and then pay Uber to get me back to the car. Major, major hassle. We will definitely be back to Breck but unless these fixes are made, we will look to another unit in the condo building or another building.
This house is located towards the end of Four O Clock Trail, RIGHT ON THE TRAIL! Going home after the mountain was super easy and very fun. We would just go down Four O'Clock and stop right outside the back door. The balcony/back porch is right on the trail. Getting to the trail head was truly just a short walk up the mountain to catch the lift. The house was cozy. It had all the utensils/tools we needed to cook which we did just about every night. Small kitchen, but we made it work. The beds weren't the most comfortable things to sleep on and the rooms are tight but we spent most of our time together in the living room and out on the mountain. We rented a car to get to Breckenridge but once in town we only used it to get to the grocery store. Everywhere else was close enough to walk to. The center of the town is, maybe, a half mile down the road. This place was in a great location and we lucked out to get a place like this for New Years.

This condo is obviously well cared for Spotlessly clean and every attention to detail has been paid to ensure the comfort of the holidaymaker. Quality fixtures and fittings all in good working order.Short walk to the centre and in easy reach of all restaurants. bars gondola etc Brilliant for 2 couples or a familyof up to six. Deck is well positioned and bigger than all the other condos I have stayed in at Double eagle. Barbecue facilities, a well stocked kitchen ,and great views all make for a brilliant stay I would thoroughly recommend this property for any season. Ski in ski out and parking lot make it very easy to load and unload also.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We arrived to find a beautifully decorated condo that was warm, inviting and perfect for our Christmas ski vaction. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were cozy and the large deck was great for mountain views

Our experience was awesome in staying in this place in Breckenridge. It was great to be able to ski right into the condo. This was one of our best ski trips ever!
This is our second stay in the double eagle building. This is our first time in unit b12. The location is great; ski in on the four o'clock run, 50 yard walk to snow flake lift. We also like walking into town in the evening. This condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. Very clean. The room layout is ideal for two couples.
Location of Condo was great. Walk up to the lift got easier as the week went on. Overall accommodatios were excellent.
We stayed at the Double Eagle Condos on the ground floor in building B. The Four O'clock ski run was right out our back door so we could ski right in for lunch or at the end of the day. The Snowflake Lift was just up the street, a slightly uphill walk of approx. 100 yards, but there was also a bus stop 50 yards down the street from the condos as well. Hot tub was nice and big, and we definitely made use of the ski locker for the condo we stayed in. All in all it fit the needs of our group (6, 3 couples) well and we really enjoyed our stay.

If you don’t walk to walk, you can jump on the shuttle that is nearly outside the front door.
LOCATION – Double Eagle B12 is located right off of the Lower 4 O’Clock Run and it sits about a block from Park Avenue on 4 O’Clock Road. If you walk three blocks towards town, you will be standing on Main St. with countless shops and restaurants to meet any craving you can think of. Walk a block up from Double Eagle and you will find yourself sitting on the Snowflake lift, heading up Peak 9. After you are done skiing you can literally ski right up to the back porch. It cannot get much easier than that!
AMENITIES – This comfortable two-bedroom is well-equipped to sleep six people. It includes two queen bedrooms as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living area right in front of the gas burning fireplace. Additional amenities include a full eat-in kitchen, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs, DVD players and high speed internet. If you love a good cook-out, this condo comes equipped with a large slope side deck with gas grill! Need some extra relaxation? Take a dip in the on-site hot tub or take advantage of the Upper Village heated pool and hot tubs (off-site).
