This was a very comfortable place to stay for 8. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. I was a little disappointed to find that this is actually a duplex, not a house. Checkout is also at 10:00am which is pretty early, especially with a large group. Our fireplace didn't work and maintenance was not able to fix it during our stay. But I was impressed with everything else, the hot tub, the grill and all the linens were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Breckinridge.
This place was perfect. We had 9 adults and felt like we had plenty of space. Views off the balcony are amazing. The house was very clean.
Had a family vacation here and comfortably fit 10 of us with rooms/beds to spare. The views of the moutnains from the rear windows are incredible. It's location is less than a 10 minute drive to the slopes. Nicely furnished, spacious, and exceptionally clean and inviting. Could not have had a better time.
Our winter break at this Townhome was a true getaway! Beautiful and cozy and spacious! We were 9 (4 adults & 5 college Kids) and very comfortable! SUPER SUPER CLEAN!!!!! The family room has a fireplace and its so inviting and stocked with everything you need... Lots of extra towels , pillows, kitchen stuff and the SERVICE and availability from management is TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!
The property was beautiful, great for large parties, and had amazing views. The hot tub was an added bonus as well as a medium size kitchen and washer/dryer. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets which were greatly appreciated. The only negative thing about the experience was getting up the hill to leave, some of the cars had difficulty due to the ice and snow, but this has nothing to do with the owners, just mother nature. It's about a 10-15 minue drive to the gondolas and downtown area, and a 5 minute walk to the shuttle stop. I hope to stay there again soon!
This property and its location are great. The views are amazing. There are plenty of beds for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room is very cozy with the fireplace. We did have one small issue with the property and a slightly larger issue with the management company. It seems this house is in a stage of transition. The walls were mostly bare and had nails and hooks showing where decorations once were. Also there were blue pieces of tape on all light switches and certain walls noting items needed for repair. Not a big deal, but worth noting. When visiting rental properties we expect certain amenities that we have at home to be available at our vacation destination. The televisions did not work the entire trip. We were on the mountain from 730-4pm everyday so we didn't need it for most of the day, but with 6 kids in our party (and some adults wanting to see the Broncos play), we could've used a working TV in the evening. We called three times and were told by the management company that there were more "emergent" issues. Not something you want to hear as a customer. All in all, I recommend the property, the booking agent that helped secure the property, but not the onsite service.
The home is even better than the pictures on the website. Our family was very impressed by the home and the location. I would definitely stay here again. What wonderful service and the house is so spacious. My first time staying in a vacation home rental.
Great home for 2 or 3 families. The kids love the bunk room! Easy access to town and the ski area with the free bus stop less than half a block away from the home. No worries about parking in town! Great mountain views, very spacious and confortable.
This house completely exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living area was very open and great for large families! Offers a breathtaking view with a forest for a backyard! There is a free bus stop that takes you around Breckenridge (and to the ski lifts in season) less than 100 yards from the front door. If I could rate this house any higher, I wouldn't hesitate to. Absolutely recommend!
The house is beautiful, great location, beautiful views, very spacious, clean and comfortable! Highly recommend for a family or friends getaway.
