Nice layout for 2 families and great proximity to

The space was great for 2 families (including 5 kids). The kids initially slept in the basement bunk room but it was nice to have an extra bedroom to split them up. Do note that the upper bunk beds don't have rails, so we pulled a mattress to the floor for the 5th child (2 shared queen bed). Located just above quicksilver - could ski down to the lift/ski school and take quicksilver up to ski in at the end of the day ; or a few minute walk from the base. A few restaurants are very close and a 15 min walk to the other end of Main Street (e.g., Downstairs at Erics). Lots of seating for meals and overall a great layout.

Great experience all the way around

The property accommodated our large group well and there was plenty of room for all to sleep. Right close to the slopes and town. Highly recommend this property!

The location and home were perfect for our family of 10. Very little walking to get to lifts, all downhill. Little tip...cut through Beaver Run parking lot, and you will walk downhill back to the townhome. We would look into staying here again. You can tell the owners are working at updating the home. Thanks for a great trip!!

Big, comfortable & great location

Great set--up for our three-family, ten-people group. Very kid friendly, and the kids loved "their room" in the basement.

Anniversary Celebration with our family!

!4 family members, 7 adults and 7 children shared this wonderful townhome in Breck for a long weekend. The location was perfect! We were close enough to walk to and from town which helped when the group wanted to split up at times. All the kids- mid teens to 7 yr old slept in the downstairs bedroom with the double bunks and extra bed. They loved being away from the adults. The other bedrooms were fine plus we did use the sofa bed in the living room. The pool and hot tubs are close enough to walk to. We only had a couple small negatives,cane chairs in sun porch are broken so we could use them, and the only tv that worked was in the living room. We would love to come again on the winter since it's right next to Beaver Run, our favorite ski area!

Great location, very well equipped townhouse, perfect for a family ski (or any other) vacation

The location is perfect, even for a 74- year-old using a cane made it walking across the slope to the lift in a few minutes. Our first time skiers had a wonderful time and the parents were just as happy utilizing and enjoying all the amenities in the townhouse. Excellently equipped kitchen, great views, and an easy walk to the Village and Main Street. Even though the mulit- levels made us puff a bit, we would definitely return for another visit. Can't think of anything negative.

Clean, quiet and clost to slopes!

Our group of 10 had a fantastic time in this well turned out condo. It is very spacious, quiet and clean. The kitchen is high end which we appreciated. A big, heated a garage with benches provided a wonderful "staging area" for lack of a better term, for all of us to gear up each morning. We loved its proximity to the Quicksilver chair, about a 75 yard walk through a quiet parking lot area onto a bridge, and then a quick ten seconds on skis, down to the lift. The staff at Pinnacle Lodging could not have been more courteous and responsive. They made the trip even more enjoyable! My only complaints are that the living room furniture is dated, the bunk beds are very cramped, and that the fourth bedroom doesn't have a bed (a bedroom should contain a bed, not a sleeper sofa, in my opinion). We were the first renters under Pinnacle, so I know they're aware of these issues and will probably make a few changes for future renters. All in all, it's a fantastic, well run condo and we would love to stay here again.
