This hosue has seen better days

Parts of this house have worn out furniture, fixtures, and carpeting that should have been replaced years ago. Melting snow from the roof causes the driveway to be ice covered and very dangerous to walk on every morning. The property manager provided excellent customer service. This is an good house for groups who can use the experts only ski in - ski out access. The room humidifier in this house looks and acts like it is 25+ years old.

Beautiful House, but Poor Quality!!

My family, including all my brothers/sisters, nieces, nephews, and parents all stayed her in June of 2014. Although the decor did not go together AT ALL, the house is beautiful. But the dryer didnt dry your clothes, the oven downstairs didnt work, only half the burners on both stoves worked, there was only enough hot water for like 4 people to shower, the hot tub was disgustingly dirty, not hot, and low on water, there were TONS of cigarette butts all over the ground right in front of the back entrance, no pots/pans or dishes to use for the downstairs kitchen, coffee table was broken upon arrival, smoke detector was going off and the light in the stairway was constantly flickering. We called the front desk of the management company to report all the problems, I was told that well in Breckenridge, the hot water heaters are smaller, I said you have a house that sleeps 24 people and a hot water heater for 4 people, not acceptable!!! We were told they would send someone out to fix or look at all the issues. They sent 2 people to fix the smoke detector, and they said theyd come back the next day. They never showed up. We had to go to the office to complain again, by this time we were 4 days into our stay, about half way, they finally sent out people to correct some of the issues, but they could not fix all of them. For the price we paid to stay here we should have found EVERYTHING in working order, especially all the kitchen appliances, dryer and hot water heater. I dont know if its the owners slacking or the management company that runs it. Possibly both. Either way, if you'd like to stay some place that is not up to par or worth what you pay for it, then stay here. Otherwise I dont recommend it at all!!!

Awesome house for large groups, fantastic location!

This house was perfect to accommodate a large group of people. We had several couples in our group, and 4 of the bedrooms had bathrooms included, which was a huge plus. The layout of the house was perfect for cooking, eating together, hanging out, pool, etc. Couldn't ask for a better location too. A short jaunt through the woods put you on peak 9, and although we didn't ski back into the house, I'm sure there would be a way. Friendly check in staff! All around a very pleasant vacation home! We will be back in the future.

An annual tradition

This our extended family's fifth year here, for our annual week-long ski vacation. We haven't found a better place to stay, so keep coming back.

The house offered enough space to accommodate everyone, as we travelled with our family and 4 other couples this house was ideal. There was enough communal rooms to be together and the bedrooms were spacious enough to give everyone their privacy. We really loved entertaining and relaxing in the house. Location was very nice too. Not exactly what we would call ski in/out but close enough to be enjoyable. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful family time!

I liked best that we can cook-in and have family and extended family and friends spend evening time after a great day of skiing. This is the way to enjoy multi-generational vacations. I can see that upcoming grandchildren will enjoy this flexibility with us folks that are starting to give up the double diamond slots and out-of bounds adventures :-). We can relax in the hot tub before cooking, and everyone can come in at their own pace. This place is so wonderful, we've come back every year for the past five seasons. The location is good for skiers who can navigate a trail through the woods to a run to the lift, and enjoy (or work through) a longer trek back to the house. (A little tough for less experienced riders (boarders).
