This condo has everything you'll need for a fun family vacation in Breck! It is less than a mile from the shops in Downtown Breckenridge. It was summer when we went so it is hard to say for sure, but it looked like the snowcat trails were right behind the property, so it would probably be a great location for skiers too. Overall a great facility with a local property managment firm that is there for anything else you might need!
Our niece also got quite a thrill when a fox showed up on the neighbors deck! The fox went back up the ridge and came back with a friend. This time, we watched them from inside the condo!
A group of 5 stayed here for a long ski weekend. There was plenty of room and a close location to the shuttle for skiiing. The unit was very coimfortable and well appointed. We all really enjoyed the hot tub post skiing. My only negative would be the carpet in The master bathroom. They really need to replace it with tile.
The first time I rented this unit it was just my husband and I. We liked it so much we booked for the whole family for spring break. It was the perfect spot for us. Our young adult boys skied while my husband and I walked into town every day to explore. I have now also been in the summer. So much to do - bike rides, hikes, shop and eat.... And then wind down in the hot tub under the stars. This condo has it all and is so homey and comfortable.
Wow! What a great place to stay for vacation. It's got everything you need; close to town but still private, 3 separate bedrooms with 3 separate baths (which is great for families or 3 couples), lots of space, great condition, completely stocked and well decorated. We hiked & biked all over the area and it was great to come home every evening to this comfortable home (not to mention the Jacuzzi on the rear deck)! Just by chance, we got to meet the owner of this unit (Val). What a wonderful lady!! We'll definitely be back.
My family and I (my mom, dad and sister) stayed at Amerind 7 for our first visit to Breckenridge. We absolutely loved staying at this townhouse as it was very spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out while still being cozy. Since we are all adults, it was very nice to have our own bedrooms/baths. We loved the location as it is within walking distance from the town and extremely close to the gondola which runs in the summer. We also enjoyed the wonderfully maintained hot tub and the well stocked kitchen (they even had a cheese grater!). Would definitely stay again!
This was our first time in Breck and we absolutely loved the location of this home. It is convenient to so many activities, shops, restaurants etc. but with the wonderful kitchen and hot tub in the back, there is no need to even leave! We loved the proximity to beautiful hiking and biking areas. Cant wait to go back.
My adult daughter and I stayed here and it was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the downtown Breckenridge area and the private bedrooms with a nearby bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of bicycle riding from Vail Pass to Frisco. We hope to make this a yearly visit!
This was our sixth summer staying in Breckenridge at this home. The home is decorated beautifully, has all of the amenities and is very comfortable. Love sitting on the deck, walking downtown, riding bikes or driving to some of the most amazing locations. Can't wait until next summer!
We love this beautifully furnished and fully equipped home! We've stayed on both summer and winter vacations. It's convenient to everything in Breck and the heated garage is a REAL bonus in the winter, making for comfy loading and unloading of our skiiers! The view is lovely and the hot tub out the back door as well as the sauna on the ground floor are great for sore muscles and relaxing after a hard day on the beautiful mountains! As the owners of this unit, we are happy to welcome you. We've owned since 2007 and loved it from the start because it was someone's lovely home, not a worn rental with plaid sofas, sun-faded art, dingy towels, chipped dishes… you get the picture. The amazingly comfortable white leather sectional, Pottery Barn dining table, custom finihsed cabinets (to look like the Aspens), origional art and overall color scheme blend to give a sense of comfort and relaxation. Touches of decor add the mountain home feel. The large hit tub on the big back deck should be enjoyed at night under a cloudless sky where you can appreciate the stellar beauty of a Colorado night. (We even have plastic wine glasses for tubtime sipping!). Details such as the Select Comfort mattress in the Master and HD TVs in all the bedrooms and living room will further enhance your stay while you enjoy the endless activities that are what make Breckenridge the incredible desitnation we wait to visit each year. Our family of 7 stayed at this lovely home in Breck and it was truly spectacular. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts and amenities needed to make out vacation perfect. The location was within walking distance of town and there was plenty to do. The owners left a notebook of instructions on how to operate the hot tub and directions on getting around town as well as suggestions on resturants and thigs to do. I highly recomment this property and will rent it again on a future family vacation.
I would highly recommend this rental. My family has been coming every summer for 5 years and it is by far one of our favorites. The house is beautiful and in a very good location, walking distance to town. Each day you can either sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful scenery
